Kacie Brignell, our CEO & Founder, spent all of her corporate career in service-based roles where it was vital to build relationships with her clients.
After attending many networking, personal and professional development events, she realised there was a much better way to network without becoming a ‘networking vampire’.
Kacie quickly found strategic ways to create relationships in business, saving herself time in finding ideal clients and connections. She stopped wasting time, and started to leverage LinkedIn and live events, to generate leads – without having to cold call.
In June 2016 Kacie left the corporate world. Now, she and her team help business owners, sales teams and business development managers develop their own successful outreach strategies to leverage LinkedIn and propel them forward in business.

Kacie B. Founder and CEO
Kacie is a think-outside- the box type of person who believes there is always a way around any problem.
She has always had a love for connecting and meeting new people, which may have stemmed from going to nine different schools over 12 years… thanks to being a RAAF kid.
Communication and honesty are her top two values. So, when it comes to creating business opportunities she believes building trusting relationships is key.
After working in the corporate world, both in Australia and the UK, Kacie is now happy to have settled in Brisbane with her partner and her overly affectionate dog, Simpson.
Downtime for Kacie is going for a ride on her motorbike, or watching a Broncos game.
